How we can work together

All you need to do is show up as you are — No art experience is needed.

Individual art therapy

In one-on-one sessions, whether in-person in Victoria, BC, or virtually from the comfort of your home, Miream sees her role as a facilitator - offering prompts, asking questions, creating space, and bearing witness to the answers that already lie within you.

Group therapeutic arts

Miream provides site visits to facilitate group therapeutic arts sessions across Victoria for schools, retirement homes, healthcare facilities, and organizations. With a focus on building creative confidence, fostering joy, promoting connection, and well-being through accessible creative self-expression.

Miream facilitates customized group workshops designed to meet a team's unique needs. Whether looking to foster psychological safety, enhance creative confidence, or promote self-care in the workplace, Miream will tailor workshops to suit your needs.
